Booster Meeting Minutes for December 4, 2007

Festivals: Madrigals at Santiago High School

Candlelight at Disneyland: Chamber Choir         --Amazing performance, if you every have the opportunity to see this, GO!                     

 

UPCOMING EVENTS:         

Holiday Spectacular – Dec. 7 & 8, Susan Dexter susandexter@eyecandies.org

 Our Holiday Spectacular theme is “Pop Snow” Volunteers are needed in ALL areas. Please contact Susan with your availability.  We especially need people for help with concessions and opportunity basket ticket sales.   See end of minutes for rehearsal schedule.

 

Men @ Work all day rehearsal: Dec 15 9a-3p- chaperones needed

 

Madrigals to Disneyland – December 15 

 

Mini Concert – Jan. 24 - 6pm – All Choirs perform—note this is for family only....it is free!, but it is a rehearsal with an audience.  It is not open to the general public.  

 

Burbank High School Show Choir Festival – Jan. 26 – Powerhouse & Sound Sensations.  More information to follow as it becomes available.

 

FUNDRAISING:   Sees Candy sale is done, we will let you know when the candy arrives.  Apologies to those who did not know about the sale, information was distributed in the classroom.

 

MERCHANDISE:   Cari Pelayo (ncl-cari@sbcglobal.net) is our merchandise coordinator.  She has been able to get a great deal on JBHSVMA Fleece jackets.  Plus you can have them embroidered with your name.  These make great Christmas gifts.  Contact Cari to order or for more details.
